What are essential oils? 

Essential Oils are lipid acids, the building blocks of living cells. The small molecular size allows them to be easily absorbed through the skin and travel throughout the body. That is why they are so easily recognized and utilized by our bodies. The natural aromatic chemical constituents are extracted, usually via steam distillation, from the roots, stems, bark, seeds, and flower of the aromatic plant.

Essential Oil Recipe for Athlete's Foot

(I Recommend using the Pure Essential Oils from goDesana for this Recipe.)

• 4 drops Lavender Chamomile Blend
• 10 drops Tea Tree
• 6 drops Thyme ct. linalool

Mix in a PET bottle and label.  Apply neat to the infected area of the foot.  You could also use 6 to 10 drops in a pan of warm water and use a foot soak.  Soak for about 10 minutes.
